OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2013. In December 2012 A1 Investment Company closed the deal on sale of its share in Sistematika Group of Companies (GC), one of the leading providers of IT-services in Russia. The share was purchased by the current shareholders of the Group.

In 2011 with participation of A1 Sistematika GC concluded several successful deals on merger and acquisition, in particular Sciener company, one of the key SAP integrators in the energy industry of Russia, was purchased, which provided the opportunity to the Group to increase significantly the portfolio of consulting services and strengthen its positions in this promising market segment. Besides, implementation of the corporate management system corresponding to international standards was completed in Sistematika, a complex business strategy and capitalization increase strategy have been worked out and are being implemented.

Initially A1 became a shareholder of Sistematika in 2008, having received a blocking 20% stake, the amount of which was subsequently increased. Withdrawal of A1 from the project was conditioned by the completion of the investment cycle.
