OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2013. LLC Chitaugol had a new KOMATSU PC-1250 excavator put into operation. One hour after its assembly the machine was loading coals at a coal face.

The right to scoop the first bucketful was granted to Sergei Kunitsky, the excavator crew leader. The crew highly assessed the new excavator possibilities. The machine's easy controllability, comfort, excellent visibility and performance make miners' work highly efficient and comfortable.

KOMATSU PC1250 is a modern hydraulic excavator equipped with a 3.4 to 5.2 m3 bucket. The machine boasts the highest bucket digging force and arm crowd force, the largest bucket capacity in its class (6.7 m3), high hydraulic power and low fuel consumption. Deployment of PC-1250 will help to put three older excavators (5 m3 bucket capacity) out of service.
