OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2013. Belarus’ OJSC Belsolod increased malt output by 13.4% on the year in 2012 to 130,769 tonnes, a company representative told.

In value terms, malt output grew 2.6 times year on year to Br565.924 billion (USD 65.349 at the central bank’s rate).

Belsolod supplied to the domestic market 53,195 tonnes of malt (up 11.2% on the year). The company exported 55,940 tonnes of malt (down 25.2%).

Belsolod was established in 1989 and transformed into a joint stock company in 1996.
