China Life Enhances Customer Satisfaction
OREANDA-NEWS. January 29, 2013. To standardize a nation wide image of service counters, China Life Insurance Company Limited has launched a plan to upgrade both of the software and hard ware systems of service counters since 2006, reported the press-centre of China Life.
The programme has achieved remarkable results.
In 2012, China Life’s customer satisfaction rate was 10% higher than the industry average, setting a benchmark for customer service among its peers.
To date, China Life has upgraded more than 90% of its standardized service counters and is the first in the market to install new generation counter automation devices to continually improve procedure sand efficiency.
