OREANDA-NEWS. January 29, 2013. Tata Interactive Systems (TIS), the world’s leading developer of learning solutions, is all set to present its wide range of learning solutions at the Learning Technologies event on January 29 and 30, 2013 in Olympia, London. Along with displaying capabilities in mobile learning, simulations, learning consulting, animation, serious games, learning portals and blended learning at stall No 39 of the exhibition, TIS will also conduct seminars at the event.

Jo Kori – BA (Oxon), MA (RCA) – UK leaning consultant, TIS, will be conducting the seminar called The Flipped Learning Model at the Learning and Skills exhibition on January 30, 2013 at 1pm. The learning model relies on familiar forms of digital learning assets and a combination of live teaching experiences – but uses them in the opposite way to traditional classroom learning. Ms Kori says, “Instead of using a traditional 'live’ teaching of core information and asking the learner to apply their understanding offline, learners independently acquire their core learning through online formats and then engage within a live experience to apply their understanding. We will look at how the flipped learning model comes alive in the context of training environments.”

She adds, “Tata Interactive Systems are always looking at best practice in education as well as training and the latest research in both to ensure that our consultative services are the very best we can offer to our clients.”
