OREANDA-NEWS. January 29, 2013. Rostelecom OJSC (the “Group” or the “Company”) (MICEX - RTS: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), Russia’s national telecommunications operator, today announces that it is issuing an additional RUB 5 billion of Series 15 bonds to capitalise on the strong appetite expressed by investors for Rostelecom bonds. Order books for the Series 18 bond issue were oversubscribed by RUB 10 billion. The coupon for the latest Series 15 bond issue has been set at 8.20% per annum.

The Series 15 bond issue is part of Rostelecom’s approved bond issue programme which carries a total nominal value of RUB 100 billion, and has the following main characteristics:

The nominal value of a single bond will be RUB 1,000

The bonds will mature in 5 years

The coupon period has 182 days.

Rostelecom’s Series 15 bonds will be placed on the MICEX–RTS Stock Exchange and settled on January 30, 2013. It is expected that bonds will be included on Quotation list “A1”.

VTB Capital CJSC, Gazprombank OJSC and CJSC “Sberbank CIB” are acting as the deal’s organisers.
