OREANDA-NEWS. Within 23 to 24 January 2013 annual surveillance audit of information security management system (ISMS) of the Company in control of IP-backbone network was conducted in TTK.

According to the audit, certificate for compliance of ISMS with requirements of ISO / IEC 27001:2005 is confirmed until February 2014. The audit was conducted by experts of BSI (British Standards Institute), the largest international certification body. First time ISMS was certified in 2008.

Presence of the certificate indicates that the TTK IP-backbone network has sustainable information security management system that meets the requirements of the international standard ISO / IEC 27001:2005, can be used to create secure communications networks critically important facilities and transmission of confidential information without the use of additional security data

The international standard ISO / IEC 27001:2005 "Information technology. Security techniques. Information security management systems. Requirements" is developed by the International Standardization Information (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The standard establishes criteria for evaluating information security management systems of the company as well as requirements for the design, implementation, operation of documented ISMS.

Compliance of IP-backbone network and TTK equipment with requirements of 1G class security is also certified by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC), valid until 2014.
