OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2013. Dmitry Patrushev, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Russian Agricultural Bank, and Junus-Bek Evkurov, Head of the Republic of Ingushetia, have signed a Cooperation agreement. The agreement is aimed at implementation of the State program on agribusiness development and market regulation for agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs 2013-2020, reported the press-centre of RusAg.

Under the terms of the agreement Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg) plans to increase lending to the agriculture of Ingushetia, including financing of investment projects aimed at development and modernization of the regional agribusiness.

For its part the Government of the Republic of Ingushetia will consider the provision of state guarantees to ensure that agricultural producers, who plan to get a loan at RusAg, meet their liabilities.

The signed agreement will facilitate provision of financial resources to agribusiness of the Republic of Ingushetia, increase in production of milk and meat, growth of sales of agricultural products, and create favorable conditions for the access of farmers to product markets.
