During the long Spring Festival Holiday, ICBC Beijing Branch made appropriate business arrangements which facilitated customers' access to financial services and maintained financial order in Beijing. A full spectrum of ICBC's financial services was available during the long holiday backed by enough cash supply, electronic banking service and other services.

ICBC Beijing Branch properly arranged the business hours during the Spring Festival Holiday to ensure enough teller windows and counters open for customers. In particular, financial services which are closely related to people's everyday life are available in commercial downtown, areas around tourist spots and residential communities. Over 30% outlets under the Branch were open for business from Feb 9th to 11th, 70% outlets open from Feb 12th to 13th and all its 500+ outlets were open since Feb 14.

To ensure smooth cash receipt and payment, the branch made an overall arrangements in duty scheduling, cash transport car employment and door-to-door collection before the Spring Festival. All cash transactions have been handled smoothly during the holiday. The money counting volume of the Branch's cash center exceeded 2.5 billion yuan, and over 7000 door-to-door collections were made within the 7-day holiday.

ICBC's self-service banking, internet banking, mobile banking, 95588 telephone banking were available around the clock during the Spring Festival holiday. Personal customers of the Branch made nearly 400,000 transfers via the bank's Internet Banking and 20,000 payments for utility bills, such as water, electricity and gas fees. Backed by cutting-edge technology, ICBC Beijing Branch monitored all self-service devices during the holiday for customers to buy electricity, pay bills, deposit or draw cash, especially the self-service devices in outlets, commercial districts, entertainment venues, tourist spots, transportation hub and places around the residential communities. Over 3 million transactions have been made via the Branch's self-service devices, meeting Beijing customers' diversified need for financial services.

Another focus of the branch in its holiday service was to check all POS devices in 20,000+ merchants in Beijing to ensure easy bank card payment during the holiday. ICBC Beijing Branch organized 10+ fabulous promotions with more than 300 merchants from retail, home appliances, catering and tourism sectors, offering attractive discounts for ICBC bank card users, which has helped make Beijing customers' holiday life more colorful.
