OREANDA-NEWS. Dmitry Romaev has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of NOMOS-BANK. In this capacity Dmitry will manage the Bank’s operations and coordinate its integration into Otkritie Financial Corporation whilst continuing to grow its core business divisions of corporate, retail, and private banking.

In February 2013, Dmitry’s candidature as Nomos-Bank’s First Deputy President and Management Board Member was proposed to Moscow’s Main Department of the Central Bank of Russia, and is now awaits approval. Dmitry also serves as First Deputy Chairman of Otkritie’s Management Board and Otkritie’s Chief Financial Officer.

Dmitry Romaev succeeds Dmitry Sokolov who has been Nomos-Bank’s CEO since November 2012, and from 2005 to 2012 was President and Management Board Chairman.
