OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ participated in the exhibition Interagromash’2013 which took place in Rostov-on-Don.

The agricultural show turned Rostov-on-Don into the agrarian center of the Russian South for four days. The main goal of the exhibition was to show today’s potential of technical equipment for the Russian agriculture. More than 180 enterprises demonstrated up-to-date models of agricultural equipment, fertilizers, seeds, sprayers, combines there. This event is important both for farmworkers and producers of agricultural equipment. One of the participants said that Interagromash was like the calendar New Year. Firstly, spring is the beginning of a new season, secondly, the agricultural exhibition is a real holiday and a chance to communicate with clients. After the crisis, farmworkers changed their approach to their own business, they learned to count money. Therefore many people got interested in new, more advanced equipment which enables to increase profitability and quality. KAMAZ’s products are designed to solve these problems.

KAMAZ’s subsidiary in Stavropol – Trailer KAMAZ Inc. – represented the leader of the Russian truck industry at Interagromash’2013. This year, the plant has demonstrated the updated model of the grain carrying road train SZAP-6385 based on the chassis KAMAZ-65117 and the three-axle trailer SZAP-83053. It differs from the previous generation in a new construction of its sides and an option of their height regulation. The profile was changed not only to improve the exterior design, but also to improve usability. The updated platform is dismountable, the columns, the sides and the platform of the vehicle are connected with the help of bolted joints. The operating characteristics of the grain carrying road train were also changed. Due to the drop top rear side, the grain carrier can be loaded with the help of grain-throwers on threshing floors. And tubeless tires of the road train (if requested by the customer) enable to enhance payload.

Like in previous years, vehicles demonstrated by KAMAZ at Interagromash attracted farmworkers` great attention and were highly appreciated by the company’s clients and the visitors of the exhibition.
