Electronic sales center at Astana railway station will be a room with the installation of passenger self-service automated cash registers to providing a full range of related services.
 
Automated self-checkout cash desks connected to storefront allow passengers to find the proper ticket and purchase them in cash with change and non-cash via bank card. Issuance of delivery for cash payment is in banknotes and coins.
 
In the second phase of the project provides for the possibility of paying by electronic money: e-Tenge, WebMoney, Yandex Money, etc.
 
Tickets will be printed as boarding pass and receipt.
 
The potential of a single automated office is 250 tickets per day.
 
Implementation of a pilot project to establish a Center of electronic sales channels will expand and increase e-commerce sales of railway tickets which is a continuation of JSC "Passenger transportation" work to improve the quality of service of passengers and the company's commitment to modern standards of services.
