OREANDA-NEWS. March 26, 2013. IBA Group participated in IT Spring 2013, the conference on management and finance in IT.

Held in Minsk, Belarus, IT Spring 2013 gathered around 600 representatives of IT companies from Belarus, Latvia, Norway, Russia, Ukraine, and the United States.

The IT Spring 2013 program featured more than 30 breakout reports, presentations, workshops, and roundtable discussions focused on project management, HR management, and finance in IT. At its booth, IBA celebrated Maslenitsa and treated the guests to hot pancakes and tea.

At the conference, Aliaksei Minkevich, IBA Director of Internet Solutions Division, delivered the presentation Transformation: Developer -> Project Manager. Minkevich spoke about what one should expect after selecting a managerial career.
