OREANDA-NEWS. Equipment of a new Customer Service Centre (CSC) has been started in the administrative and engineering building of the branch of JSC “MOESK” Northern Electric Grids. The works are assumed to be completed within a short period of time, by May, by opening of a holiday season. The Customer Center will be located on the ground floor of the administrative and engineering building at Rustaveli Street 2. Approaches to the building are very convenient, it is located 5-10 minutes of slow walk from the metro station “Dmitrovskaya”; however, customers can get to it using public urban transport from the metro stations “Dmitrovskaya” and “Timiryazevskaya” as well. The location of the administrative and engineering building of the Northern Electric Grids, where CSC is equipped, is easy to find on the map, which is posted in the lobby of the metro station “Dmitrovskaya”.

The majority of customers of the northern branch of MOESK historically live in the Northern and North-Eastern Administrative Districts of the capital. And now, in order to resolve issues related with grid connection of a summer cottage, for example, in the Taldom Municipal District of the Moscow Area, it will be enough very soon to apply to the CSC in Rustaveli Street. The “capacity” of the center is 50 clients per day; it will work without breaks for lunch, six days a week.

The basis of the new CSC will consist in the principle of release of a customer from collection of information contained in a database of municipal authorities and the northern branch of MOESK. This will allow for a further progress regarding optimization of the procedures of consumer relations. Let us remind that this work has been held with particular intensity since the third quarter of 2012, when new standards of grid connection were implemented, and the results are clear: they managed to reduce the procedure of grid connection on the average for low (up to 15 kW) capacity from 3 - 6 months to 15 days for a relatively short period of time.
