OREANDA-NEWS. NOVATEK (the “Company”) announced the results of its Board of Directors (the “Board”) meeting. Based on the Board’s Corporate Governance and Remuneration Committee recommendations, the Board recommended to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) to approve dividend payments on the Company’s shares in the amount of RR 3.86 per ordinary share, excluding the interim dividends of RR 3.0 per ordinary share paid for the six months of 2012.

The total dividend distribution per ordinary share for 2012 amounts to RR 6.86 per one ordinary share.

The Company’s AGM will take place on 25 April 2013. Shareholders of at the close of business on the 21 March 2013 will be entitled to receive dividends and participate in the Company’s AGM.
