OREANDA-NEWS. Armada JSC (MICEX-RTS: ARMD) has won an open tender for the performance of works for the development and support of the subsystem “Normative Legal Acts of the Russian Federation” of the Unified Information and Telecommunication System. The customer is the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

The subsystem “Normative Legal Acts of the Russian Federation” is intended for the creation and automated record keeping of normative legal acts (NLA) of the federal legislation and the federal executive bodies, NLA and charters of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal units, and monitoring of NLA of all levels and provision of comprehensive and objective information to all categories of interested persons.

The subsystem enables to improve the quality of NLA register maintenance by means of relevancy, completeness and timeliness of tracking of the changes introduced in NLA.

Within the scope of the contract Armada specialists will perform the works aimed at further development and modernization of the existing system components, both at the federal and the regional levels, and ensure support of the system’s users. The system’s functionalities for information disclosure at the portal of “Normative Legal Acts of the Russian Federation” will also be enhanced, including modernization of the facilities for maintenance of the state register of municipal units of the Russian Federation.
