The IV Awards Ceremony held on March 21, 2013 at President Hotel was organized by the Interregional Organization of Entrepreneurs supported by the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship.

Russian National “Entrepreneur of the Year” Award was established on the Russian Entrepreneur Day supported by the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Ministry for Regional Development of the Russian Federation.
