OREANDA-NEWS. Each year, in accordance with the Law "On Natural Monopolies and Regulated Markets," the company shall inform consumers of its services about the work undertaken during the year. As before, the company has notified in advance about the event, by publishing on 6 March in the "Kazakhstan Pravda" newspaper announcement about report public hearing on 27 March in the central office of the company.

At the meeting with consumers Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of "KazTransOil" Aziz Ileuov reported about implementation of the investment program, key financial and economic indicators, the volume of provided regulated services and their quality, the itemized performance of the tariff estimates, as well as the prospects of the company. He noted that in 2012, the main operating target indicators were met. Moreover, as a result of the measures taken to control costs the company managed to keep the growth of unit and general operating prime costs. As a result, implementation of the tariff estimates for oil transportation via main oil pipeline of the company mad up 99.1%,for water supply - 107.7%. In the current year, in accordance with the business plan of the company, separately for "KazTransOil" it is planned to transport 51,9 million tons of crude oil and the water supply at the amount of 20.8 million cubic meters.

In accordance with the Law "On Natural Monopolies and Regulated Markets" "KazTransOil" JSC provides equal access to all customers. Moreover, to improve the quality of service in May last year questionnaire interviewing of customers of oil transportation services was conducted. According to the analysis of questionnaires 100% customers were satisfied with the quality of services provided, with some made suggestions to improve the organizational aspects of work. All proposals have been considered and taken into account.

"KazTransOil" JSC - the national operator of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the main pipeline. Is the largest oil transportation company of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which owns a diversified network of oil pipelines and water lines with total length of 7600 km.
