OREANDA-NEWS. “Expert RA” rating agency upgraded ‘RIABANK’ (CJSC) creditworthiness rating to A, which means high credit solvency; the rating outlook is stable. The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term. The Bank used to have rating B++, which means acceptable credit solvency, with the positive outlook.

Upgrading of the Bank rating was due to the increased coverage of operating costs with net interest and commission income.

Low profitability, moderately high liabilities that mature within 30 days and moderately low capital adequacy have a negative impact on the rating.
