OREANDA-NEWS. Specialists of the Executive Apparatus of the Company in cooperation with Quality Department of E4 Group conducted training in E4-CEM from March 19th to 21s. The training course was dedicated to “Internal audit of QMS. Workshop for internal auditors” and “Lean Production. Tools for Improvement”.

The training was attended by the specialists from ten erection departments and Novomoskovskiy Boiler Mechanical Plant comprised by E4-CEM, who have been responsible for functioning of QMS and for conducting internal audit.

Within the frames of the training, a close attention was paid to basic requirements of ISO 9001:2008, principles of Quality Management System, procedures for organizing and holding internal audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2011. In the course of practical training, the participants learned how to identify and formalize incompliances, to make decisions on corrective and preventive measures.

The training course related to the improvement tools for Lean production – decision by E4’s management – CEM to apply a successful experience in reducing losses – implementation of 5S-Office into operation of the erection departments and of separate subdivisions yielded good results. This year, it was decided to increase the number of participants of the project related to implementation of improvement tools. The trainees got acquainted with the principles of lean production, learned how to distinguish eight types of losses, to practically apply the waste (losses) elimination methods.

Moreover, this year is to resume experience in providing rationalization proposals and quality improvement proposals as related to services and overall activity organization. The Management considers it as the most important element in motivation and a way to involve personnel into developing management system. The key targets for the motivation program are claimed to be the search for new unordinary ideas to improve the level of the rendered services, as well as to develop professional skills of specialists.
