OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus’ OJSC Minsk Sparkling Wines Plant started having its securities traded on the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange on April 16, reads a press-release.

The wine company offers for sale 75,296 ordinary shares worth Br21.508 billion (USD 2.475 million), with a face value of Br285,650 (USD 32.87).

The offer is valid only for residents of Belarus (individuals and entities), with a reservation that a single customer may not purchase more than 1,000 shares.

OJSC Minsk Sparkling Wines Plant approved dividend payout for 2012 at Br7,672 (USD 0.88). The face value of shares has grown by 39% to Br238,440 as of January 1, 2013.

Minsk Sparkling Wines Plant was established in 1978; it makes 80 varieties of beverages; annual output is estimated at 12 million bottles.
