The main social benefits provided by the Company include reimbursement for the return travel of employees and their families between the place of residence and holiday destination, fundings for summer recreation trips of the employee's children, provision of voluntary health insurance, arrangement of cultural and recreation activities, and transportation of employees to work.

The Company also allocates funds to partially reimburse employees for meals expenses and medical care, provides child birth benefits, family allowance, supports parents of disabled children etc.

The Company has been implementing these social programs in keeping with the established tradition and renews its commitment every year.
