OREANDA-NEWS. Investments of OJSC "Perm Engine Company" in 2013 into technical reequipment and production modernization will equal 3,5 billion rubles.

The money will be invested into four basic company projects: preparation of batch production of new aircraft engines with 9-18 tons thrust rate ("PD-14" project); assembly-testing complex modernization; repair production capacity modernization and also enterprise capacity support.  

About 2 billion rubles will be applied to purchase 82 units of new processing equipment for batch production of PD-14 engines and their modifications mastering.  At present engineering-technical service of the company has defined basic equipment technical parameters, conducted bid procedures of suppliers selection and contract works are being finished.   The funds of target bond issue provided to OJSC "UIC "OBORONPROM" are the main sources of financing being applied.                                                       

About 0,6 billion rubles will be invested into test base restoration alongside with implementation of modern automatic process control system.  About 400 million rubles will be aimed for technical reequipment and repair production localization which will considerably raise the quantity of PS-90A-76 engine production to fulfill the orders of Ministry of Defense within IL-76-MD-90A program. 

The rest investments are planned to be spent on current capital costs for modernization of existing enterprise production infrastructure, purchasing and commissioning of new processing equipment for narrow workspaces elimination and production capacity increase. 

To compare with 2012, actual investment costs of the company were equal to 0,75 billion rubles, 1,28 billion rubles was aimed for technical reequipment and modernization and 116 equipment units have been purchased within 5 years from 2008 to 2012.
