OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus’ OJSC Lidskoe Pivo brewery, based in Grodno Region, reported a 9.8% increase in output to 1.762 million decaliters in January-March 2013, a representative in Belarus’ Food Industries Concern Belgospischeprom told reporters.

In March alone, Lidskoe Pivo increased output by 15.3% year on year to 689,400 dal.

Beer offering in plastic bottles increased 4.8% to 1.337 million decaliters, in glass bottles increased 37.2% to 354,500 decaliters and in kegs increased 3.3% to 60,000 decaliters. Beer production in cans reached 11,300 decaliters, down 8.1%.

Supplies to the domestic market went up 6.8% on the year in January-March 2013 to 1.484 million decaliters.

OJSC Lidskoe Pivo exports amounted to 234,700 decaliters in January-March 2013, up 20.7% on the year.
