OREANDA-NEWS. NOMOS-BANK completely fulfilled its obligation on the purchase of BO-2 series exchange bonds (identification number 4V020202209V, of November 10, 2010) at the request of its owners and in accordance with its issue documents. In performing its obligations, the Bank purchased 34,500 bonds on the terms and conditions specified by the Article on securities issues.

NOMOS-BANK BO-2 series bonds of RUB 5 billion were issued in October 18, 2011, at a price equal to 100% of the face value.

At present, there are three issues in circulation of Bank bonds of classic series: 09 (RUB 5 billion), 11 (RUB 5 billion) and 12 (RUB 5 billion) and three series of exchange bonds BO-1 (RUB 5 billion), BO-2 (RUB 5 billion) and BO-03 (RUB 5 billion). All the Bank’s bond issues are traded on the MICEX Stock Exchange in the first-level "A" quotation list and included both in the Lombard list and the list of securities accepted as collateral for repo transactions by the Bank of Russia.

In addition to its Russian bonds, the Bank has three eurobonds in circulation totaling USD 1.25 billion. A senior issue of USD 400 million was placed in October 2010 maturing 2013; a subordinated issue of USD 350 million was placed in April 2010 maturing 2015; and a subordinated issue of USD 500 million was placed in April 2012 maturing 2019.

NOMOS is currently the sixth largest banking group in Russia by total assets and the second largest privately-owned Russian universal banking group with total assets of RUB 899.9 billion and equity of RUB 90.4 billion under audited IFRS accounts for 2012.As at 31 December 2012, NOMOS had an extensive branch network in Russia with 300 offices in the economically important regions of the Russian Federation, with the majority of its business concentrated in Moscow, St Petersburg, Tyumen (including the Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous district), the Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk regions.
