OREANDA-NEWS. In line with UTair Aviations participation in the Russian Federal program for the development of regional transportation, special airfare for flights between Naryan-Mar and Moscow will be available until 30 November 2013.

One way airfare under the program is available for just 4,000 rubles* and is available for the following categories of Russian citizens:

Youth under 23 years; Women 55 and older; Men 60 and older; Persons with Category I disability and accompanying persons; Persons accompanying a disabled child.

UTair has been a participant of the cooperative effort between the Russian Federal government and air transportation organizations to guarantee the availability of domestic flights within the country's North-West, Siberian, Ural and Far East Federal districts since 2009 when the legislation was first introduced. The legislation was introduced to expand the number of regions in the program to cover the Far East, Far North and other specific regional centers, including Naryan-Mar.
