OREANDA-NEWS. May 14, 2013. SORAINEN advised on sale of Amrop Estonia in a transaction where Amrop Latvia and the shareholders of Amrop Estonia have entered into an agreement based on which Amrop Latvia ultimately acquires 100% of Amrop Estonia shares.

The deal will further integrate Amrop in the Baltics, helping to provide their clients with the best executive search service.

The managing partner of Amrop Latvia, Aiga Arste-Avotina, commented on the deal with regard to Amrop’s expansion plans and affirmed that they are very pleased to be included in the business of Amrop Estonia at shareholder level. “The timing for the deal was perfect,” said former managing partner and majority shareholder of Amrop Estonia Tiina Keskkula, who added that the expansion is part of a long term plan by which they have been actively bringing new talent to join their already highly experienced team of professionals.

Amrop has been active in the Baltic States since 1993 and their clients include Baltic and international companies.
