OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has introduced the LCA (Local Commercial Activities) electronic system to support commercial activities, in particular marketing, trade marketing, sales and PR. The project contributed to improvement in the directorate’s work in 41 regions penetrated by Tele2 Russia.


LCA launch ensures a better control over budgeting and enhances efficiency of planning cross-functional commercial projects. For example, LCA makes it much easier and faster to get documents approved. Specialists involved in the process receive notifications on their application status by e-mail and may search applications in different budget categories. Besides, the system implements administrative functions such as delegating duties and substitution of users. Finally, LCA expands opportunities for drawing up statistics reports.

 Employees may use a special schedule planning module to upload data into a reporting form, which considerably simplifies its further processing in SAP ERP system that the company introduced one year ago. Integration of two systems provides a better control over settlement of accounts for approved commercial activities.

 Program software was developed by Business Logic 2.0 at IBM FileNet platform. LCA will be later supplemented by new options on assessing efficiency and evaluating the event’s expenses.
