OREANDA-NEWS. For the reporting period from January to April 2013, UTair Group passenger turnover constituted 4,982,629.41 PKM, an increase of 13% over same period in 2012. The combined total of passengers transported reached 2,601,565 , an increase of 10.9% over the same period in 2012. UTair aircraft logged at total of 91,491 flight hours. In the first four months of 2013, UTair Group aircraft delivered 9,146.71 tons of cargo, 16.9 % more than for the same period in 2012. Passenger load factor reached 72.64%, 3.1% more than for the same period 2012.

Seat occupancy on UTair aircraft and the overall passenger volume represent positive growth reflecting increased overall efficiency of the UTair passenger transport program.

UTair Group rotor wing aircraft logged a total of 39.293 flight hours in the January-April 2013 period. UTair Group helicopters delivered 37,414.77 tons of cargo, 40.2% more than for the same period in 2012. UTair Group helicopters transported 197,953 passengers in the January-April reporting period.
