OREANDA-NEWS. PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", UniCredit Bank™, held a meeting with the tenants of Horizon Park Business center aimed at discussing the lease issues in the Horizon Park Business center, situated at 12, M. Amosova Street and 4, B. Grinchenka Street in Kiev, the property right for which was transferred to the Bank according to the decision of the Court.

The goal of the meeting was to announce the legal position of the Bank and to settle all the issues, related to the property lease and its maintenance. The Bank offered to sign an agreement for managing the property at Amosova Street and Grinchenka Street with the legitimate owner.

The following issues were discussed at the meeting:

Signing of agreements for property lease with its legitimate owner at the existing terms with previous landlord.

Launch of lease payment to the Bank starting from June1, 2013. The Bank does not demand to pay the lease payments for previous periods.

The Bank agreed in written form the existing lease agreements from the moment of their signing and confirmed that such agreements would not be recognized by the bank as invalid in the court.

Borys Tymonkin, the CEO of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", UniCredit Bank™: "The Bank is ready to meet the needs of the tenants and does not to demand the lease payments for previous periods. However the lease payments executed after June, 1st, to illegal owner will not be interpreted as normal ones and will demand legal measures".

The Court acknowledged the property right to both mortgage objects after PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", UniCredit Bank™. The Bank had repeatedly addressed to the previous owners of the real estate – PJSC "Isa Prime Developments" and CJSC "Project A" with a demand to transfer the property towards the Bank for the full realization of owner rights and for property maintenance and protection. Currently the cash means from property lease are transferred to "Isa Prime Developments" company, which does not have any legal reasons for this.

“Isa Prime Developments” management did not find the possibility to attend the joint meeting with the tenants.

The Bank offered "Isa Prime Developments" and "Project A" companies to continue managing the business and to service the clients under the existing terms. Additionally the Bank is ready to pay commission fees for managerial services in the amount of 20% from the cost of lease payments, received by the Bank.
