OREANDA-NEWS. Starting from the beginning of June this year, back-office of ABLV Bank, AS, will step-by-step move to the business centre Jupiter Centre, located at 7 Skanstes Street, bldg. 1 (at Sporta and Skanstes Streets crossing).

Before, the bank’s back-office departments were located in the building at 4a Mednieku Street. In the new building, we will rent premises on the floors from 2nd to 10th. The made rent agreement is one of the largest ones of this kind in Riga recently, since the total rented area is 5677 sq. m. Moving to the new premises is supposed to be completed till the end of July.

Moving to the new premises is necessary due to ABLV Group rapid expansion and increase in business volume, since current location does not ensure necessary working environment and comfort level for continuously growing staff.

We plan renting premises in Jupiter Centre till construction of the bank’s new building at New Hanza City territory is completed.

Customer service will be ensured at bank’s central office in Riga, at 23 Elizabetes Street, mortgage loan customer service will be ensured at Loans Centre “Marija”, at 13 Marijas Street, Riga.

ABLV Bank, AS is the largest independent private bank in Latvia. The bank’s majority shareholders — Olegs Fils, Ernests Bernis and Nika Berne — directly and indirectly hold 86% of the bank's voting share capital.
