OREANDA-NEWS. Repsol Chairman Antonio Brufau collected the award for company initiatives given by the Justice and Disability Forum for Repsol’s work in integrating disabled people into the job market and society.

At the end of 2012, Repsol directly employed 547 disabled people, 437 in Spain, as well as a further 170 people employed indirectly. Disabled employees are integrated in every area of the organization, including industrial facilities, and 22% occupy qualified technical posts.

Repsol’s work in integrating people with disabilities has been recognized through a number of awards, including the Reina Sofia Award, Discapnet of the Once Foundation or the Ability Award, amongst others.
