OREANDA-NEWS. The farm “Yunus daykhan” is one of model examples of development of the national entrepreneurship in the agro-industrial complex. It was founded in 2006, when Yunus Abdullayev took on lease from “Lebap” Peasants’ Association of Serdarabat etrap the virgin lands located in the south of the province. The businessman drew here the people and technique and started to cultivate the wheat. They successfully coped with the tasks and two years later, Yunus Abdullayev founded his own farm.


In 2011, the peasant’s farm got lax credit from the bank and purchased water sprinklers from abroad. The winter wheat watered with this new for Lebap method provided 40 centners per lap in the last year that considerably exceeds the contractual obligation. In the current year, it is worth expecting the realization of another project on cultivation of gardens in the south of Lebap on the territory of virgin Dovletli etrap.

- Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan “On financial support of the manufacturers of agricultural products in the country” creates favorable possibilities for realization of the boldest projects, - says Yunus Abdullayev. – As is known, this important document allows the banks issuing lax credits with one-percent annual rate for the Peasants’ Associations and Farms, Agricultural joint stock companies, landowners, leaseholders and Agricultural Research Institutes. The funds will be allotted for purchase of agricultural machinery, instruments and apparatuses as well as water-saving technique, equipment, irrigating water supply systems within ten years on the terms of annual repayment share and share alike, proceeding from use term. Such profitable financing conditions open wide prospects for further dynamic development and securing high profitability of major sectors of agro-industrial complex, improvement of the welfare of the people. Our peasants’ farm also plans to get lax credit.


The entrepreneurs have huge plans on further development of another key sector – poultry farming. The farm got a solid credit on favorable terms, which was directed for purchase of essential import equipment from abroad as well as 5 thousand three-month-old laying hens of the Dutch breed high-line. So, the first poultry farm on industrial basis appeared in the province.
