OREANDA-NEWS. Anheuser-Busch InBev (Euronext: ABI; NYSE: BUD) announced that it has successfully completed the sale of Grupo Modelo's (BMV: GMODELOC) U.S. business to Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ, STZ.B).
