OREANDA-NEWS. June 21, 2013. Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has instructed responsible leaders of ministries and departments to take up preparation of a meeting of Ukrainian-French Intergovernmental economic commission, which is planned for the end of the current year. This was announced by the Head of Government during a session of the Cabinet of Ministers.

According to Mykola Azarov, his working visit to France on June 18-19 of the current year proved there was growing interest to our state on the part of French business.

So, during the meeting with representatives of leading French companies which are united in MEDEF International – the largest association of entrepreneurs in France there were aired propositions concerning cooperation in agro-industrial sector, aircraft industry and air conveyance, concessionary building of roads, bridges and infrastructure objects in Ukraine, car industry and sphere of information technologies, power energy – ending in building of up-to-date nuclear reactors and also in hotel business.

“That’s why I commission thoroughly and substantially, taking into account real propositions to cooperation, to prepare a sitting of Ukrainian-French intergovernmental economic commission which is to be held in the end of year,” Mykola Azarov announced.
