OREANDA-NEWS. Uralkali, one of the world's largest potash producers, has published prices for potassium chloride (KCl) for Q3 2013 for Russian compound fertiliser (NPK) producers, industrial consumers, and agriculture producers. 

The price formula for all domestic consumers is in compliance with the Recommendations for Nondiscriminatory Access to Potash Acquisition issued by the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), valid from 1 January 2013 till 31 December 2017. According to the Recommendations, Uralkali is to set the price for KCl for all consumers not exceeding the minimum export price. The NPK producers buying over 30,000 tonnes of KCl per annum and having concluded contract for three years or longer will get a discount of USD 27 per tonne for all volumes purchased during the year.

The prices for Q3 2013 for KCl consumers in Russia (net of VAT, FCA, bulk, RUB per tonne) are as follows:
