OREANDA-NEWS. Dentsu Inc. announced that Dentsu Group companies were awarded a total of twenty-two Lions (ten Gold, nine Silver and three Bronze) in eight categories at the 60th Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity (Cannes Lions 2013) held from June 16 to 22 in Cannes, France.

This year the festival recorded 35,765 entries from ninety-two countries and territories for awards in sixteen categories: Branded Content & Entertainment, Creative Effectiveness, Cyber, Design, Direct, Film, Film Craft, Media, Mobile, Outdoor, PR, Press, Promo & Activation, Radio, Titanium and Integrated, and the new Innovation category. All the Dentsu Group winners are listed below.

Since 1995, young advertising professionals under the age of 28 years old have been competing in the Young Lions Competitions which take place during the Festival week. A team of two represents a country, and each team participates in one of the following competitions—Print, Media, Cyber, Film, Design or Marketers. This year, Dentsu’s duos who participated in the Design and the Film categories both garnered a Bronze.
