OREANDA-NEWS. Starting June 29, 2013, Ukraine International Airlines launches non-stop flights between Lvov and Rome.

Flights en route Lvov - Rome - Lvov will be operated weekly. Lvov - Rome flights will be operated on Saturdays, backward - on Sundays.

“The launch of direct flights between Lvov and Rome is an economically sound effort and another step to meet the demands of the leading Ukrainian carrier's passengers from Lvov, - noted Evgeniya Satska, UIA Corporate Press Secretary. - In summer the demand for Lvov - Rome route is traditionally strong allowing forming sustainable two-way passenger traffic. Thus, residents of Lvov and Western Ukraine willing to visit Rome are provided with the opportunity to reach the eternal city by taking advantage of UIA non-stop flights”.

New non-stop flights connecting Lvov and the capital of Italy will be operated on modern aircraft with two cabin class layout.
