Sberbank of Russia has made cash withdrawals commission free for the ATMs of DenizBank in Turkey and Sberbank in Croatia, applicable for Sberbank debit cards Visa Classic, MasterCard Standard, Visa Gold, MasterCard Gold, Visa Platinum and MasterCard Platinum. Cash withdrawal commissions at the ATMs with Maestro and Visa Electron Sberbank cards amounts to 0.75% of the withdrawal sum.

Sergey Gorkov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank, commented: “This is the next step in the implementation of the Common Tariff Space, which will allow Sberbank customers to avoid paying commission when withdrawing cash from Sberbank ATMs abroad. At the moment, the Common Tariff Space already operates in Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus. Now it has begun to spread more widely across regions in which Sberbank has its subsidiary banks”. 

Sberbank customers in Turkey can take advantage of the wide network of branches and ATMs of DenizBank, which is part of Sberbank Group. In Croatia, there is a network of Sberbank offices and ATMs in all major cities including the resorts of Pula, Zadar, Sibenik, Split, Makarska and Dubrovnik. In addition, Sberbank ATMs have been installed at the airports in Croatia that see incoming flights from Russia.
