OREANDA-NEWS. July 04, 2013. The lender’s Perm office is one of a number of well-known companies in the region supporting “Ballet at Sundown”, the latest project undertaken by the Perm Tchaikovsky Opera and Ballet Theater.

This year Uniastrum Bank’s Perm operation is marking its tenth anniversary. Its client base today includes over 8,600 retail and business customers. The Perm branch provides a broad array of services for both categories, including loans, card issuance and administration, deposits, cash management, foreign exchange transactions, money transfers via the Unistream network, acquiring services and international payments.

In the past year the Perm office has seen a considerable upturn in demand for consumer credit. In 2012 total loans disbursed grew four-fold on the previous year. Meantime, the branch’s retail deposit client count almost tripled.

“Russian classical ballet in the open air is a fascinating and somewhat unusual event for our country, and many audience members will find it a totally new experience,” notes Natalia Kovaleva, head of Uniastrum’s Perm office. “We continue to work closely with the region’s local community and small businesses and also consider it extremely important to play our part in promoting local arts initiatives.”
