OREANDA-NEWS. According to preliminary data, the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) international reserve totaled USD 2 981.7 million as of 30 June 2013. The index is less than that as of 31 May 2013 by USD 56.7 million.

The international reserve converted in foreign currency totals USD 2 765.1 million as of 30 June, including that floated as securities - USD 1 862 million as well as that on the accounts of foreign banks and International Monetary Fund (IMF) - USD 903.1 million. The amount of funds placed in SDR totals USD 216.6 million. Reserve position with IMF totals USD 15.0 thousand.

Since 2013, the NBG international reserve was increased by USD 108.7 million.
