Comes into force No. 335/13 FAS Order “On Invalidating No. 184 FAS Order “On Approving the Form for Notifying about An Agreement of a Financial Organization” of 25th June 2007 and No. 65 FAS Order “On Introducing Amendments to No. 184 “On Approving the Form for Notifying about An Agreement of a Financial Organization” of 25th June 2007” of 4th February 2009” passed on 14th May 2013.

No. 335/13 FAS Order is devised under No. 401-FZ Federal Law “On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” of 6th December 2011, that abolished obligation of financial organizations to notify the federal antimonopoly body on all agreements achieved in any form between them or with executive bodies, local self-government bodies as well as any organizations under the procedures specified by the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.

The form of notification was approved by No. 184 FAS Order of 25th June 2007 (registered with the Ministry of Justice on 30th July 2007 - No. 9926) and No.65 Order “On Introducing Amendments to No. 184 “On Approving the Form for Notifying about An Agreement of a Financial Organization” of 4th February 2009 (registered with the Ministry of Justice on 24th February 2009 – No. 13420).

Thus, adopting No. 335/13 FAS Order is aimed at enforcing No. 401-FZ Federal Law “On Introducing Amendments to the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” and on adjusting FAS regulatory framework in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
