OREANDA-NEWS. Spain's National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has authorised International Airlines Group's (IAG) tender offer for the Vueling shares that the IAG Group does not currently own. Vueling shares will be delisted from the Spanish stock exchanges upon completion of the offer.

The delisting tender offer price is €9.25 per share and the offer acceptance period will be 15 days.
