OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2013. The new service of the Ministry of Incomes and Fees "Electronic office of a taxpayer" has begun its work. At the first stage this service is available to large taxpayers, and later it will be available to all categories of taxpayers.

Electronic office is personal work place of a payer where he can work from any computer after authorization.

Experts of the Ministry of Incomes and Fees consider new service a step to online relationships of a taxpayer with employees of bodies of incomes and fees. The advantage of the new service is to provide tax reporting in real time. The payer will be able immediately to see how indicators of his reporting have affected his settlements with the state budget.

Tax reporting will be delivered by package that is reporting with all attachments. For each approved documents will be issued a receipt of acceptance of the reporting.

In the future possibility of electronic office will be expanded. For example, taxpayers will be able to view the documents issued by Ministry of Incomes and Fees, and fill out payment documents on payment of taxes, calculate fine, apply for registration of individual tax payers, get advice and more.

Enter to electronic office is on knp.minrd.gov.ua or on website of the Ministry of Incomes and Fees through authentication using digital signatures. When you install the software you need to use Internet Explorer.

Recall that the digital signature of enterprises, institutions, organizations and individuals can get free at check-in points of accredited Center of Certification of e-keys of the Ministry of Incomes and Fees. Today there are 104 such points in Ukraine.
