OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2013. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation registered the Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) “On approving the form for providing information to the antimonopoly body by the leading executor product supplies on the facts increasing prices by suppliers (executors, contractors) for raw materials, materials and component parts, works, services required to execute state defence orders”.

According to the Order, the leading executor – product supplier under state defence orders must submit information to the Antimonopoly Service on the facts increasing prices by suppliers (executors, contractors) for raw materials, materials and component parts, works, services required to execute state defence orders. They should use the form approved by FAS, which considerably simplifies the procedure for submitting data, establishes their uniformity and facilitates completeness of subsequent data analysis.

“The approved forms clearly determine the list and content of the information that must be submitted to FAS by the leading executors. It increases efficiency of the FAS work with vast data required for investigations”, commented the Head of FAS Department for Control over Industry and Defence Complex, Maxim Ovchinnikov.
