OREANDA-NEWS. July 29, 2013. An increase in the price of bread is not expected by the end of the year. This was started by the First vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov during the session of the Government, which was held under his chairmanship.

"It is expected that Ukraine will have record harvest. Favorable weather conditions caused an increase of grain yields by one-third if to compare with last year index. This provided the increase in crop production in January-June by 67.1%. During this marketing year exported 23 million tons of grain abroad. This is by 1 million tons more than last year. Future plans are more ambitious, 60 million tons of grain," Serhiy Arbuzov noted.

He added that half of these 60 million tons will be exported. And this year's corn export is one of the biggest since independence.

Therefore, as the First vice Prime Minister said that the increase in the price of bread, which is most in demand, is not expected.
