“Practically conjoined three Boeing 737-900 aircraft acquisition under terms and conditions of operational lease is yet another step of UIA fleet renewal and expansion program implementation, – noted Evgeniya Satska, UIA Corporate Press Secretary. – Such substantial fleet expansion at the very height of the summer season will allow the airline to increase passenger capacity by 609 – 619 (depending on Boeing 737-900 UR-PSI cabin layout) seats, to provide passengers with high-quality service, and to improve flight regularity rates. The fourth UIA Boeing 737-900 are scheduled to arrive through to the end of 2013”.
