OREANDA-NEWS. August 08, 2013. Dumitru Godoroja, Deputy Minister of Economy, paid a visit to Singerei. He considers that the main priority for Moldova is the development of business infrastructure, which leads to the development of the economy in general.

The small and medium-sized enterprises form the biggest share of GDP of Moldova. Dumitru Godoroja met future residents of business incubator in Singerei as well as he had a look at the situation in the incubator, which should be put into service soon.

There will be production, consulting, repairs, and computer companies in the incubator, there will be even a driver training center. Dumitru Godoroja calls on everyone to work honestly and responsibly in order to gain good reputation in future, because success of each company is a small success of Moldova in general.

He adds that the main objective is to provide Moldova with sustainable development. There are many advantages in this business incubator. First of all, these are fine working conditions, free juridical and business consultations, and rent amounting to 30% of market price. It should be a good start-up for young new companies.

All in all, there was MDL 10 million invested in the development of business incubators in Stefan Voda and Leova in 2011 and MDL 15 million in the development of business incubators in Rezina, Singerei, and Cosnita in 2012. This year it is planned to invest MDL 14.3 million in the development of business incubators in Nisporeni and Ceadir-Lunga.

There was also opened a business incubator in Soroca in 2009 (with the assistance of the government of Norway). Over 3 years there were opened 17 companies (125 new working places). In 2012 the turnover of companies working in all these business incubators made up about MDL 8 million, while the payments to the budget equaled to MDL 1.8 million.
