OREANDA-NEWS. On 6-11 August, Lviv's National University of Ivan Franko was hosting Leopolis 2013- the International Economic Forum of the European Youth Parliament (EYP) which is dedicated to rethinking of the European economy and its direction and policies for the future. During the event participants from all over Ukraine and Europe discuss topical economic issues. The results of the meeting will be EYP resolutions with the recommendations on how to improve the situation. SCM has been a partner supporter of the parliament in Ukraine over past 6 years.

One of the speakers who addressed the audience with the welcome speech during the opening ceremony was SCM's Director of International and Investor Relations Jock Mendoza-Wilson who stated: “The EYP helps develop the next generation of Ukrainian leaders and managers and gives the participants practical experience in organisation, management, fundraising, team work and international cooperation. These skills are an investment in Ukraine's future as they are needed by society and business for the country to prosper”.
