OREANDA-NEWS. August 15, 2013. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov requires regulatory authorities to reduce the number of inspections of businesses.

He said this during a meeting concerning consideration of the government bill "On amending some laws to improve state supervision (control) and identify areas of economic activity subject to state supervision (control)."

"We need to find a reasonable compromise between arbitrary behaviour on the part of the inspection bodies and the need to check. We should introduce risk-oriented approach, ie, to determine: where there is a high risk - to check and where there is not a risk we should try to minimize," the Prime Minister said.

It has set a task within a week to make the bill announced at today's meeting proposals and submit it to the signature and then the document will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada.
